It’s just before Christmas, but we still have some birthdays in the family at this time of the year!
The wish: A 1,20 x 1,20m (47,3″ x 47,3″) cosy blanket for a for a two-year-old girl. In general no problem, but it wasn’t supposed to be a 3kg (6,6lb) blanket for a little girl, and it wasn’t supposed to be a thin blanket either. So I took a larger gauge than the yarn was intended for and voilá:
A cosy blanket made from approx. 700g (24,7oz) merino wool!
